My mom went here after a short hospital stay. I will say, the majority of the CNAs were awesome, especially Charles who was always kind and patient with her. The nurses are understaffed and overworked so don’t have a lot of time to spend with each patient. I never saw a doctor visit her. The rooms were not kept as clean as I’d like and a few times I visited my mom was sitting in a soiled bed. Communication with the business staff was a nightmare. Having to leave 2 or 3 messages just to get some information was ridiculous. My mom passed away after a month there. I really expected someone from there to call and express their condolences but never heard a word. Even her insurance company sent me a sympathy letter. 2 weeks after my mom passed I received a letter saying her bill was past due. I tried calling them 3 times to get an itemized invoice but they couldn’t be bothered to call me back. I finally had to stop in to get a copy. Yesterday in the mail I received the original bill and a letter telling me I was past due and they would send to a collection agency if I didn’t pay. My mom hasn’t even been dead a month!! Anyway, 4 stars for the medical staff and 2 stars for the business staff who need some training on being more compassionate.

As an outside provider, I appreciate the attentiveness of the management team. They are a pleasure to work with.
I had fallen 4 fractures to the pelvis, was sent there from Providence Oregon City hospital. I stayed 6 hours. It was the most horrific, disgusting dirty, loud, broken down beds, uncaring nurses and unskilled. They never got my medication they claimed. So I laid for 6 hours without any pain meds or my regular meds. When they realized i was leaving, they got into their emergency kit and only then offered to give me something for pain, after stating only if i stayed! This is not everything that happened there, to much to write in this post. I reported this place to my insurance company and the Oregon state board of nursing homes. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE YOUR LOVED ONES IN THAT HORRIFIC PLACE.
If I would of known what this place was like I would of refused to come here. This place is dirty. The floor hasn’t been cleaned nor the trash taken away. The trash can was full when I came and still hasn’t been emptied. The bathroom sink needs new fixtures the paper towels are sitting loose on the toilet not in the dispenser on the wall the beds are something else. Just a sheet on an air mattress I asked for padding they don’t have any. I was asked if I brought my own blankets. Really. It’s a joke to come here. I had to beg to get a chair in this room. I was told the room is too small for a chair. They brought a folding chair. Which I can’t use due to having back surgery. Food is another problem. Your better off ordering out today there was yellow cake which is so hard it must of been made last week and left out to get hard. Some of the meat you don’t know what it is. There is plaster off of the ceiling needless to say I could go on and on. Don’t come here.

My husband was in Stanley. Physical and Occupational therapy was amazing. CNA’s were very kind and caring. Would definitely recommend Stanley Post Accute.
I have a friend who is in the Stanley rehabilitation now she’s looking for a new place to be staff at Stanley are friendly and competent to there residents and family members but also need to spend more time with the residents one on one .but all in all my self i give Stanley about a 3 1/2 out of 5 star
A dear friend ended up at Stanley and it was an amazingly great experience for her. The kind, caring, well trained staff really supported her post stroke recovery. Compared to the other places I saw, Stanley seems like a 10 star. A few pieces of clothing went missing so don’t bring nice clothes to any of these type of places. The same thing happened to my dad in a different place. Hard to keep track of laundry I guess. It was clean, well maintained and the food was not bad for institutional. The cooks said they make it with love and I believe them. A good experience overall.
I am/was a resident of this facility T The rooms were great the food was appetizing and the staff Treated me very well
The crms are overworked and underpaid. All else is good.
I would like to thank everyone at this place, especially Belen is a very pleasant person and a joy to be around. Always happy and there to cheer anyone. Billie who is always helpful and a hard worker a well as Anita! These 3 ladies are hard working, always cheerful and have made my stay here much more pleasant.
Belen from activities always goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and cared for. She has vastly improved my stay!
Activities dept. is what keeps the residence active and alive. One of the reasons our activities are so good is because of Belen. She knows how to really make each activities we do fun, full of laughs, and we miss her when she isn’t here. She is so caring and compassionate and is always there to help out. Activity related or not. She is a gem and in my professional opinion is a great asset to this company. We love her.
When I came here I was in real bad condition. Coming here has given me much encouragement and positivity to move forward. The staff is caring and compassionate and have helped me not only to feel better but want to become a better person. Activities girls are a blessing and a great encouragement to better my health.
I had my wife in this Facility, the attendant people lost some of her belongings, and they failed to to follow transport instructions to take her to the Hospital for her surgery day and time . So think a about to sent you love ones to this facility
The staff at Stanley Post Acute was kind, attentive, and well-trained. They ensure patients are treated with respect and provided a clean and comfortable environment. Our family was grateful for the care provided, especially by Marisela, Tashina, and Marissa who went above and beyond.
I am/was a resident of this facility I was at Stanley Post Acute. They needed some help with communication, especially with shift changes. The staff was wonderful for the most part, but it was the nurses that would get my meds mixed up. Their physical therapy was wonderful. If you needed a nurse they were a button away, but they needed more documentation for each patient. For three weeks they pretty much knew me, but there were still mistakes being made. The equipment was top tier though.
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Unless you have the time to be on-site with your loved one, AND be their advocate, do not put your loved one here. My dad was in this facility for four weeks following a spinal infection. The only “good” part of his stay was his OT/PT professional. The personal care was totally lacking. The floor had garbage strewn about. Pillows, blankets and sheets were routinely stacked in a corner, on a chair or on the bedside commode. Room lighting was dim at best, except directly above the patient. The hallways were noisy, mostly due to staff talking and yelling. When staff was asked a question, the most frequently given answer was, “I don’t know…” After I met with the Director of Nursing and the Social director, some things improved. However, upon discharge, we were given a stack of medicine sheets and told he was good to go. No instructions. No one escorted him to the door via walker or wheelchair. If he would have fallen, they would have been 100% liable. This is not a good place for a peaceful recovery. It is noisy, dirty and not well staffed.
The only words I can think of to describe this place are frustrating and negligent. Don’t send anyone you care about to this place.
